Pimp my cage

Today I added another cage on top of the old one, where my dsungarian hamster used to live. I am thinking about getting a syrian hamster so I guess a bit of extra space would be good.

why are days off always so short? Nice. long walk with Heiko along the canal.

Golden Hamsters in a - ralatively- close-by animal shelter.

Very tempted! I wanted to get another dwarf-hamster , but now I´m thinking of mesocricetus auratus, in memory of the hamsters of my childhood days...
One of them once got stuck in the zipper of my overall - ouch !

P.s. : Actually, what I really want is a bunch of chicken outdoors, two cats, two dogs, a huge fish tank and a pack of five rats :). But I also want to travel two months a year...

Just one of those days...

...where I should never had got out of bed.

Want to build another hamster enclosure now...am looking for another dwarf by the way, monster died just before I left for Ecuador.
